Woohoo!! Can we say YAY to adding a new class to our repertoire of offerings at BeachFit?! PiYo Strength is flat-out amazing. I can’t even begin to tell you how excited I am to have just been certified in this awesome format and bring it to you ASAP. I’m not a “yogi” – I’m more of a high-energy trainer (and participant when I’m on that end as well!) and challenged [mentally] with slow-moving and (what I call) boring workouts. Yoga doesn’t appeal to everyone for this reason. Put yoga and pilates together, along with big movements and stretches, motivating music and a pace that won’t leave you bored… and you have PiYo Strength! All the benefits of yoga, pilates, strength training and cardio all in one. This is going to be awesome.
