I wish I had written down the source of this quote that I scribbled down and saved in my own self-improvement notes, but when I came across it, I decided I HAD to share it with you regardless of missing that information:
“In a nutshell, spend roughly 15 minutes thinking of everything you’re grateful for: in yourself, among your family and friends, in your career, and the like. After that, visualize everything you want in your life as if you had it today. The effect? Elevated certainty in everything you do, and always being in peak state. Despite how ‘new age’ it sounds, it’s had incredible effects on associating success into my every-day life.”
Even if you think this is a hunk of crap, what’s 15 minutes? Practically nothing in the amount of time in your day. And if the outcome could be elevated certainly in yourself and success, why not practice it? I will be challenging myself once a week to spend time doing this… anyone with me?
